Payment of registration fees (in CHF) can only be made by credit card. Purchase orders will not be accepted as a means of payment. Your registration cannot be confirmed without payment. Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
To benefit from early registration fees, payment needs to be on our account by December 09, 2025. If the payment has not been received in time, we hold the right to amend your registration to the higher standard rate.
No-refund policy: please note that all sales are final and that tickets are non-refundable.
In case you cannot attend the event, you will have the possibility to assign your registration to someone else. Click on the 'View Order' link from your 'Confirmation & Receipt' email or on the 'Change Details' link from the 'Ticket' confirmation email if the ticket purchase was already completed. Click on 'View / Edit Ticket' and then 'Reassign'. The re-assignment of the tickets needs to be done before January 27, 2026.
You can buy up to 20 tickets when registering. You will then have the possibility to assign them to an individual once you have the names of the participants. The assignment of the tickets needs to be done before January 27, 2026.
Registration fees are based on the applicable category. EPFL will not reimburse registration fees if there is inaccurate information on your registration. When purchasing a ticket, the participant acknowledges that they have no right to sue the organizers of AMLD Intelligence Summit 2026 for damages should the non-appearance of speakers or other events necessitate program changes, or should the event not be held due to unexpected political or economic reasons, or because of a pandemic or "force majeure".
