About AMLD

The AMLD Intelligence Summit 2026 is a leading international event bringing together thousands of AI and machine learning enthusiasts from industry, academia, and government. From February 10-12, 2026 at EPFL's SwissTech Convention Center in Lausanne, it offers three days of insight, exchange, and innovation at what feels like a key moment in the evolution of the technology landscape.

AMLD started as the Applied Machine Learning Days in 2017. At our first event, we already saw clearly the writing on the wall: that machines capable of learning would soon be able to perform tasks that would shake up entire industries. In the years since, we have seen this dynamic take off in ways we only imagined in our wildest dreams.

Now, in 2026 - our 10th edition - we are opening the next chapter. Machine learning has become the foundation of the most powerful economic transformations of our time. Machine intelligence, or AI, will be everywhere.

The defining question of the next decade is how we integrate these two types of intelligence: human and machine.

We wanted to better capture the growing synergy between human and machine intelligence. At the same time, we also wanted to honor our roots. The four letters AMLD have become a trusted and powerful brand in their own right. That 's why our next event will proudly be called the AMLD Intelligence Summit 2026.

We are excited about what 's next. In 2026, our program is stronger than ever, featuring new interactive formats like roundtables, fishbowls, and open stages designed to deepen collaboration and spark fresh ideas.
